Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development Develop and implement a cohesive brand marketing strategy aligned with Zip Water's global vision, tailored for North American audiences. Craft a compelling brand narrative that highlights our innovative products and commitment to sustainability. Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Marketing Strategy and Execution

Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support business objectives and growth targets. Collaborate with the VP/GM and cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment. Lead integrated marketing initiatives that align with both local and global strategies. Integrated Campaigns and Leadership

Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and retain customers. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and influencer partnerships. Lead public relations and thought leadership programs to position Zip Water as an industry pioneer. Content Creation and Social Media Strategy

Drive innovation in content creation and social media to boost brand recognition and engagement. Lead the development of high-impact content across various platforms, including web, blog, video, and social media. Build and execute a robust social media and influencer marketing strategy, activating local campaigns while aligning with global initiatives. Cultivate relationships with authentic, brand-right influencers and content creators to drive market-specific opportunities. Performance Metrics and Optimization

Define and track KPIs to measure the ROI and effectiveness of marketing activities. Optimize strategies and campaigns based on performance data and market insights. Manage and allocate the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective initiatives with strong returns. Lead ongoing performance reporting, presenting insights to stakeholders and recommending future investments. Digital Performance and Analytics

Continuously monitor and optimize website performance and digital campaigns, leveraging data to enhance results. Analyze digital marketing KPIs, generate performance reports, and inform business decisions with a full-funnel approach. Collaborate with external partners, including agencies and vendors, to execute digital strategies effectively. Team Leadership and Collaboration

Partner closely with internal teams and the Global Center of Excellence to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies. Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive opportunities to fuel innovation. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of building and executing successful brand strategies in competitive markets. Expertise in digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams. Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Experience in the premium consumer products, home improvement, or technology sectors is a plus. Target Salary Range :

$185-$200k. This role is bonus-eligible.
