Junior Marketing Assistant - Daily and Weekly Responsibilities
Engage customers to build rapport and gain insight into customer’s wants and needs to match them to the correct products and services. Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve customer acquisition. Generate weekly progress reports for clients and higher-ups within the organization. Identify and carry out upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities. Assist in implementing marketing campaigns. Undertake ad-hoc marketing projects. Manage administrative duties.
