Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator

to join our team. This role focuses on supporting marketing initiatives that engage clients and enhance brand presence without a reliance on digital or social media platforms. The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing campaigns, organizing materials, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns that align with Swipesay's goals. Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations. Support event planning, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution. Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, including campaign performance and client feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Track and manage inventory for promotional materials and marketing collateral. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
