The Role - What A Day In The Life Looks Like:
As a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth and brand recognition for our diverse portfolio of companies. You will be responsible for scaling paid search, paid social, paid display, and other campaigns that drive acquisition and build brand awareness. You will create and share reports that will encourage collaboration with business leaders and optimize performance. This is your chance to experiment with cutting-edge ideas and deliver real results!
Job Duties Include:
Paid Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer, Senior Digital Manager, and Business Leaders to develop and implement comprehensive paid marketing strategies for Nesnah Ventures and its portfolio companies Design, execute, and optimize end-to-end paid search, social, and display campaigns, including account setups and ongoing management Provide strategic advice on paid tactics to enhance brand support and avoid ineffective approaches Utilize analytical tools daily to monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders to ensure integrated planning and execution Reporting:
Deliver regular reports and insights to stakeholders through monthly meetings and quarterly board presentations Make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization and testing Research & Trend Identification:
Conduct market research, including customer reviews, surveys, and competitor analysis Stay current on relevant trends and innovations in the marketing space Demonstrate expertise in hypothesis development and testing Qualifications - What You Bring To The Table:
Digital advertising certifications (Google and HubSpot) At least 3 years' experience managing multiple Google Ad accounts Execution of marketing plans and strategy Experience in conversion setup, attribution, and tracking (UTMs, pixels, and tags) Computer Skills - Microsoft Office and CRM Ability to travel to visit worksite locations to attend meetings, seminars, etc. Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related field B2B and B2C experience International marketing experience What We Offer:
