Position Description:
Executive Communications Manager for SVP of Compute Sales and SVP of HPC/AI Sales, and their organizations. Message, implement and measure sustained executive and team member communications strategy for the SVP of Compute Sales and SVP of HPC/AI Sales, and their organizations. Advance the company's corporate image through a strategic 360 communications plan for Compute & HPC/AI GTM teams. Drive employee alignment and engagement, enable selling success and promote executive visibility. Develop internal and external leadership platforms and content and manage speaker placements and prep. Ensure communications align with company's brand identity and messaging framework.
Responsibilities:
Develop, drive and evaluate executive 360 communications strategies and programs (internal or external) for SVP of Compute GTM and SVP of HPC/AI GTM. Understand the communications needs of various internal audiences (i.e., field, senior leaders, HR, first-level managers, team members) and craft messages that lead to desired outcomes. Develop executive speeches, including speechwriting and speaker prep, customer presentations and internal communications for executives. Independently develop and implement comprehensive employee or executive communications strategies/roadmap, messaging frameworks and timelines spanning multiple quarters. Serve as communications consultant and strategist for assigned business. Manage and develop agencies or contractors. Education and Experience Required:
BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration. 7+ years of experience in employee communications, journalism or marketing. Knowledge and Skills:
Advanced writing and editing skills - very minimal peer or manager edits needed. Strong listening and interpersonal skills. Strong organization and program management skills. Ability to link communications plans and activities to business results. Advanced knowledge and understanding of employee communications methodologies, tools and vehicles. Proven experience managing, leading, driving and measuring virtual teams toward common goal. Fluency in English. High levels of tact and diplomacy. Agency and budget management.

Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $101,900.00 - $234,500.00
