As a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer omnichannel brand (bricks and mortar, ecommerce, home delivery), we are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our team as the trade marketing manager. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the local marketing budget and "think national, act local" strategy to deliver O2O sales goals. Field / local marketing is an integral part of our strategy, and this role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and close partnership with regional / ops team to deliver measurable results to grow our O2O business.We are looking for a candidate who is dedicated to push things forward with resilience and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: National Strategy and Program 40%Lead the development and streamlining of national strategy to build a brand that is National in presence, and local in relevancy (think National, act local). Work collaboratively with HQ and regional Field Marketing leads for each region to develop effective traffic-driving strategies and tacticsBuild and implement with field marketing teams on national programs e.g. Sampling, referral / membership programs Onboard new field marketing teams Campaign Implementation & Activation 20%Will identify field marketing opportunities, integrating with seasonal campaigns, and will lead cross-function collaboration with field & marketing to bring these plans to life.Brand stewardship to ensure consistent brand presence in-marketIs responsible for developing, updating and sharing seasonal Campaign Execution Guides in partnership with product team and operations Field Marketing Initiatives Optimization & Management 40%Provide thought leadership and develop playbooks to all field marketing initiatives, including events, promotions, new store openings and activations with clear KPI and best practices. Build process to manage field marketing budgets and monthly/quarterly reporting effectively with all regional teams to align with the marketing objectives and maximize ROIBuild and maintain strong relationships with regional field marketing teams and store managers to align marketing efforts and drive field marketing opportunities. Partner with field marketing team to streamline and optimize all local marketing initiatives with brand stewardshipSupport all content creation for field marketing / new store opening activities, ensuring brand and messaging effectiveness and consistency Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Communications, retail marketing or a related field (Master's degree preferred).5-7 years of combined marketing, retail and field marketing experience (ideally consumer packaged goods related)Strong understanding of retail environments, customer behavior, and local marketing tactics. Must have experience in driving foot traffic to retail store locations across the US.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with retail partners, managing promotional campaigns, and executing field marketing activations.Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint applications.Strong knowledge and comfort for the nationwide US consumer outside of the South Florida area.If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for retail marketing and field activations, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
