General Description:The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting our digital marketing efforts across all eCommerce platforms including our Shopify stores, Wordpress websites, Amazon channel, and other associated digital channels. They will be responsible for supporting the day to day management of our Shopify and Amazon stores, as well as associated catalog and digital content. They will assist the eCommerce Team in the launching of digital campaigns, new websites, and new product launches.Agile and highly organized, they will have a proven track record managing multiple projects with shifting priorities and tight deadlines. A passion for digital marketing is an absolute must for this role. They will be an excellent communicator, help foster collaboration from within the team and be comfortable working in a fast paced, creative environment. They dont need to know it all; they just need to be keen to learn new things and have the ability to work autonomously. Reports to: eCommerce DirectorResponsibilities:Website content management and eCommerce catalog management: manage website copy, images, products, customer data, merchandise products Supports execution of online promotions, new products, new digital experiences and campaignsAssists with the management of agencies and contractor partnerships to drive projects to completion on time and on budgetWrites copy for blogs, email marketing, adapting branded product copy for digital channelsAssists with design briefs for digital and Amazon assets from the design teamAssists with onsite & Amazon SEO - meta data optimization, copywriting, image optimizations, keyword researchSupports the Amazon team with digital content & copy requirements for AmazonCollaborates with other teams to support off-Amazon marketing initiatives for Amazon such as influencer marketing, paid social/search, SEO & PR / EditorialsAssists with the preparation of monthly reportsMonitors of competitors, market research and insightsWebsite testing and maintenance: tests new website functionality, new sites prior to launch and regularly checks existing websites performanceCollaborates with our team of Brand Managers, Social Media Managers, Digital Marketing Coordinators, Marketing Coordinators, Web Developers and Designers to deliver a consistent, superior brand experience across all digital channelsOther duties as assignedMinimum Educational Qualifications:BA Degree in Marketing, or related experienceMinimum Previous Experience:Minimum 1 year experience in a similar Marketing RoleOther Skills:Experience with Shopify, Wordpress or similar platformAbility to self-teach and problem solveExperience in Google Keyword Planner & Keyword ResearchWorking knowledge of Photoshop, HTML & CSSStrong analytical skills are a mustCMS and content management experienceExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent attention to detailBe highly organised with strong time-management and project management skills.Knowledge of Google Docs applications or Microsoft equivalentStrong interest and knowledge in Cosmetics / Beauty Related work experience in the luxury, fashion or beauty industries is a plusAgency experience highly desirableMARQ Labs offers a robust benefits suite with most premiums funded by the employer! recblid 4mtv1urtesd9geb31j8m6ctqsz3133
