What You Will Do: Design and develop mechanical components and systems using CAD software, ensuring manufacturability and functionality. Operate and maintain CNC machines, lathes, mills, and other machining tools to fabricate parts with precision and quality. Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to refine designs and resolve technical challenges. Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tolerances to produce high-quality parts. Perform quality checks on fabricated components, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards. Create detailed technical documentation, including design reports, assembly instructions, and machine setup sheets. Maintain and calibrate machining equipment to ensure consistent performance and safety. Contribute to product development and innovation through problem-solving and creative design solutions. What You Will Bring: Associate degree or certification in Mechanical Design, Machining, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical design and machining. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and CAM software. Hands-on experience with CNC machining, manual machining, and machine programming. Strong understanding of materials, machining processes, and tolerances. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
