Senior Creative Designer , the successful candidate will play a critical role in producing visually impactful ad creatives tailored for performance-driven marketing campaigns. This role demands a highly creative individual with a keen eye for design, an understanding of ad testing, and expertise in conversion optimization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad designs that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Design and Produce Ad Creatives:
Create high-quality visuals and designs for digital advertising campaigns, including static images, videos, and animations, and organic. Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines while being optimized for different platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn. Develop a variety of creative concepts to support A/B testing and enhance campaign performance. Collaborate with copywriters and marketing specialists to ensure cohesive messaging and visuals. Revise and refine creatives based on performance insights and feedback from the marketing team.
Implement Ad Testing and Optimization:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests for ad designs. Analyze ad performance metrics to identify trends and make data-driven design improvements. Develop variations of ad creatives to test audience preferences and optimize click-through and conversion rates. Stay updated on platform-specific design best practices to ensure optimal ad delivery and performance. Experiment with new creative approaches to identify innovative ways to engage audiences.
Contribute to Conversion Optimization:
Design and iterate on ad creatives with a focus on driving conversions and maximizing ROI. Collaborate with the UX team to ensure landing page designs align with ad creatives for a seamless user experience. Incorporate feedback from conversion rate optimization (CRO) analyses to refine ad designs. Monitor trends in ad performance and implement adjustments to improve conversion rates. Utilize analytics tools to understand user behavior and inform design decisions.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Partner with digital marketing specialists, content creators, and media buyers to ensure creative designs meet campaign objectives. Work with external agencies or freelancers, as needed, to supplement in-house creative production. Present creative concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final designs. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide innovative ideas for marketing campaigns. Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure project timelines and expectations are met.

Updated on Industry Trends:
Keep up with the latest trends in digital advertising, design, and technology. Explore new tools and techniques to enhance creative production processes. Share insights and best practices with the team to drive continuous improvement.
Act as a thought leader within the organization on topics related to creative advertising design and performance. WHAT YOU WILL NEED
EDUCATION/EXPERTISE:
Bachelor's degree required in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field. Five or more years of experience in creative design, with a focus on ad production and performance marketing. Proficiency in design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and A/B testing platforms. JOB REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/ETC:
Technical Skills:
Expertise in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva. Strong understanding of ad design for performance marketing, including knowledge of platform-specific requirements. Experience with video editing, animation, and multimedia production. Knowledge of A/B testing tools and processes, as well as analytics platforms like Google Analytics. Familiarity with conversion optimization principles and user-centric design. Leadership and Personal Skills:
Excellent visual storytelling skills with a strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Visual acuity to use a keyboard and view a computer terminal. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp. May require ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; or the ability to stand and walk. Ability to occasionally lift, carry and/or move light to medium weight up to twelve (12) pounds and/or exert up to twelve (12) pounds of force.

Restoring safe and secure residential spaces in Syria, like the construction of a new town with 1,000 newly constructed homes in Al Zahoor.
