Description: Designers will be embedded into squads that are building the end-to-end digital experience for customer-facing healthcare products and services for our Customer Solutions team centered around key areas like Women's Health - Postpartum Care, Precision Medicine - Headache Care, and Specialty Care - Muscle and Joint Care. We are looking for strong, T-shaped designers with experience designing for native mobile, desktop, and responsive platforms that can span across UX strategy to visual design. Must Have: Figma

You're excited by the prospect of supporting the teams that are directly shaping the future of healthcare You are driven by empathy and motivated by the opportunity to impact the day-to-day experience of customers, providers, and staff You are an excellent communicator with a knack for storytelling, sharing design rationale, expertise, and can advocate for customers You can drive alignment and collaboration across design workstreams and cross-functional partners including research, product, engineering, and marketing You collaborate naturally, operate independently, and are comfortable giving and receiving feedback You produce great work with quick turnarounds and multitask effectively across different activities You are highly organized and have great attention to detail You enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment Additional skills for researchers:
Strong executive presence and the ability to present to executives as needed Teachable demeanor Proactivity and ability to make decisions independently Strong collaboration skills across disciplines (product management, development, clinical staff, etc.) Ok with ambiguity and willingness to seek out answers instead of waiting for answers to find you. Medical industry experience would be helpful, but not a requirement. Job Requirement
