Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and a desire to learn.
• Relevant graphic design experience in-house, with a design agency, or internship.
• Knowledge of how to set up documents for digital and print.
• Knowledge of user-experience design for software application design.
• Experience collaborating on projects and effectively presenting designs.

Responsibilities

• Work independently to provide cutting-edge solutions that will directly improve business operations.
• Contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and work on a variety of project types, including assisting in wireframing SaaS applications, internal company communications, and external sales designs.
• Produce on-brand, timely, quality design work that follows our company’s Brand Guidelines, including:
• Internal company designs (e.g., weekly announcements, images, newsletters, signs, documents, presentations).
• Sales documents and other externally-facing literature for clients (e.g., brochures, informational sheets, documents, emails, presentations, website design updates).
• Assist our graphic designers with UI designs for our proprietary SaaS applications (e.g., user-centered wireframes that follow our brand standards and requirements, supporting UI elements).
• Update/create design standard guides to clearly outline expectations for other internal and external partners.
• Ensure consistency and optimum user experiences throughout applications.
