Essential Job Functions

• Prepare styled looks for daily E-Commerce photo shoots
• Collaborate with Stylist Manager & Creative Director about styled looks featured on the homepage and emails
• Understand influencers, celebrity fashion and the landscape of event-driven fashion
• Assist with day-to-day organization of product and styling; steam, organize rolling rack, prep accessories, etc.
• Style outfits with the utmost attention to detail and presentation considering the many moods of the Windsor customer
• Help prepare accessories for flat photo shoots
• Assist with miscellaneous clerical duties: transfer merchandise, update spreadsheet, check-in new merchandise and return merchandise back to fulfillment team
• Count and write to accurately complete documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• An obsession with fashion and trends
• At least two years of eCommerce styling experience
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with a high number of KPIs
• Strong organizational skills
• Friendly and willing attitude
• Knowledge of influencers and social media
• Attention to detail
• Self-driven
• A thirst for collaborating and communicating creative ideas

Physical/Environmental Demands

• Job entails the expected physicality that comes with production: frequently stands, walks, lifts, moves, and carries equipment as required.
• Operate and use all equipment necessary to run the studio, climb ladders, move or handle studio equipment throughout the studio generally weighing from 15-25 pounds
• Must be able to access all areas of the studio and location shoots
