We are seeking a motivated Content Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Global Marketing team.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with creativity, excelling in storytelling and editorial skills to produce compelling content. This position is part of a collaborative, global team driving marketing success across diverse initiatives. A cover letter and writing samples are required to be considered.

Responsibilities

1. Craft compelling narratives by identifying and telling impactful stories aligned with EPAM's mission.
2. Strategically develop different content formats that are leveraged across a variety of channels to engage audiences.
3. Collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization to co-create dynamic and relevant content.
4. Analyze content performance metrics and implement improvements for increased effectiveness in partnership with the Global Marketing Team.
5. Edit and ghostwrite content to maintain consistent tone, voice, and quality across all deliverables.
6. Contribute to the overall content strategy while ensuring alignment with business goals and brand standards.

Requirements

1. 2-3 years of experience creating thought leadership content, marketing materials, web copy, and social media posts for B2B audiences.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or English preferred.
3. Ability to establish trust-based, empathetic relationships with marketing and business stakeholders.
4. Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for storytelling through words and visuals.
5. Comfortable interviewing, ghostwriting, and providing editorial feedback for internal SMEs.
6. Demonstrate a learning mindset, embracing opportunities to explore new technologies and innovations while thriving in fast-paced, challenging environments.
7. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring quality in all deliverables.
8. Strong command of AP Style and experience with marketing technologies, such as AI or project management tools, considered a plus.
