Role Overview
As a Videographer & Video Editor, you will:
- Create high-quality video content that aligns with our brand identity and engages our audience.
- Produce short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Develop longer-form content for our YouTube channel, including behind-the-scenes, product features, and storytelling pieces.
- Collaborate with our marketing teams to develop video ideas that support campaigns and promotions.
- Manage end-to-end video production, including planning, shooting, editing, and post-production.
- Experiment with trends, formats, and editing styles to keep our content fresh and innovative.
Skills and Experience Required
Responsibilities
- Filming: Use your videography skills to capture stunning footage of our products, workshops, and team activities.
- Editing: Craft engaging videos with thoughtful pacing, dynamic transitions, and professional-grade audio and visual effects.
- Storytelling: Help communicate the unique narrative behind each watch and the creative process that goes into making them.
- Social Media Optimisation: Tailor content to suit different social media platforms, ensuring maximum engagement and reach.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with video trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve our content quality.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in videography and video editing (please provide a portfolio of examples of your work).
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their video content requirements.
- Creative eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for creativity and willingness to think outside the box.
This is a full-time role based in Forest Hill, SE23 working weekdays 9-5.
