Role Overview

As a Videographer & Video Editor, you will:

  1. Create high-quality video content that aligns with our brand identity and engages our audience.
  2. Produce short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  3. Develop longer-form content for our YouTube channel, including behind-the-scenes, product features, and storytelling pieces.
  4. Collaborate with our marketing teams to develop video ideas that support campaigns and promotions.
  5. Manage end-to-end video production, including planning, shooting, editing, and post-production.
  6. Experiment with trends, formats, and editing styles to keep our content fresh and innovative.

Skills and Experience Required

Responsibilities

  1. Filming: Use your videography skills to capture stunning footage of our products, workshops, and team activities.
  2. Editing: Craft engaging videos with thoughtful pacing, dynamic transitions, and professional-grade audio and visual effects.
  3. Storytelling: Help communicate the unique narrative behind each watch and the creative process that goes into making them.
  4. Social Media Optimisation: Tailor content to suit different social media platforms, ensuring maximum engagement and reach.
  5. Innovation: Stay up-to-date with video trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve our content quality.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Proven experience in videography and video editing (please provide a portfolio of examples of your work).
  2. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their video content requirements.
  4. Creative eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Passion for creativity and willingness to think outside the box.

This is a full-time role based in Forest Hill, SE23 working weekdays 9-5.
