What You’ll Be Helping Achieve

RPA is seeking an Assistant Media Planner to join the Media Strategy Team to support our Honda Dealer Ad Association Team. The candidate will help develop, implement and optimize media campaigns for various Honda model launches. This position will work with multi-media platforms across broadcast, digital, out-of-home, radio and print. The Assistant Media Planner will work closely with the Media Planner and Supervisors on day-to-day account management and plan development. The candidate must be detail-oriented, possess excellent organization/multi-tasking skills, be resourceful, have great communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be a team player.

This is an entry-level position and does not require a college degree.

Job Summary

RPA is on the search for an Assistant Media Planner to join the Honda Dealer Association Media Team. As an Assistant Media Planner, you will assist the team with the development and maintenance of campaigns for multiple Honda Dealer Associations across the U.S. Primary responsibilities include implementation of campaign activity across a variety of media including local TV, local radio, digital, streaming video and audio, and out-of-home, compiling reporting for digital campaign analysis and optimization, and monitoring digital vendor payments. MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency are mandatory. Previous exposure to the media planning process or media resources (such as DCM, Prisma/Media Ocean, eTelmar, Media Tools, Lumina) via coursework or internship is a plus.

  • Campaign execution and optimization
  • Digital campaign monitoring and reporting
  • Internal meetings with team and other agency departments to review procedures; vendor meetings
  • Maintain team status report

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)

  • Foundational mathematical skills (calculating percentages, indices, etc.)

Pay

Pay for this role is not negotiable and is $20.00/hr which is the equivalent of $36,400 gross pay a year.
