Baker

Department Name: Food & Beverage

The Baker is responsible for working with the Pastry Chef to prepare various types of baked goods. Bakers mix ingredients according to recipes in order to make breads, pastries, and other baked goods.

Barback

Department Name: Food & Beverage

The Barback is responsible for maintaining the stock of assigned bars in gaming and non-gaming areas of the casino.

Cocktail Server

Department Name: Food & Beverage

The Cocktail Server is responsible for serving alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the gaming area of the casino. This position requires attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Cook II - Robert's

Department Name: Food & Beverage

The Cook II is responsible for maintaining knowledge of all kitchen equipment and knives. This position must be able to work in all stations in the kitchen, assisting the Cook III in everyday workings of the kitchen.

Cook III - Draft Day **$1,000 Hiring Bonus**

Department Name: Food & Beverage

The Cook Level III is responsible for maintaining knowledge of all kitchen equipment and knives. This position must be able to work in all stations in the kitchen, assisting the Diner Chef d'Cuisine in everyday workings of the kitchen.

Dealer

Department Name: Table Games

To perform the assigned game as per company policy and procedures. The Dealer is responsible for providing exceptional guest service that will lead to the enjoyment of all patrons.

Dishwasher

Department Name: Food & Beverage

The Dishwasher is responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment in the kitchen. This position is also responsible for sanitation and washing of all dishes used in Food and Beverage outlets.

Employee Dining Room Attendant

Department Name: Food & Beverage

The EDR Attendant is responsible for the serving of employee meals and overall upkeep of the employee dining room.

Facilities Administrator/Expeditor

Department Name: Facilities

Support the Facility Services Department by carrying out the responsibilities for the work order system, purchasing, accounting and record retention. Support the work force in the field to maintain a high level of effectiveness and efficiency.

Front Desk Representative

Department Name: Hotel

The Front Desk Representative is responsible for the registration of guests staying in the hotel, as well as communicating hotel services and any promotions. This position must be focused on providing the highest level of guest service.

HR Business Partner

Department Name: Human Resources

Responsible for ensuring the organization has an engaged work environment that adheres to all applicable employment laws through effective coaching/education of management, and prompt review and resolution of employee concerns.

Lead Steward

Department Name: Food & Beverage

The Lead Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and kitchen equipment. The position is specifically responsible for sanitation and ware-washing of all kitchen equipment, china, glass, silver, kitchen pots, pans, and utensils.

Security Officer I

Department Name: Security

The Security Officer is responsible for protecting customers, employees, and all assets of Rhythm City Casino, while providing superior Guest Service.

Server - Ruthie's

Department Name: Food & Beverage

The Server is responsible for welcoming guests and serving meals while providing friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional fine dining experience for all guests.

Sous Chef - Sports Bar

Department Name: Food & Beverage

Responsible for working with the Chef D'Cuisine to coordinate activities of and directing indoctrination and training of all Sports Lounge employees engaged in preparing, cooking, and serving of foods in restaurant to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Table Busser - Robert's Buffet

Department Name: Food & Beverage

The Table Busser is responsible for serving guests bread, butter, and water upon their arrival and providing refills as necessary. This position removes used tableware and dishes, and resets tables when guests leave.
