About us

City Scenic is a fast growing company looking for experienced Carpenters / scenic Artists in our NJ based shop. Carpenter/artists would be responsible for everyday shop responsibilities and builds. Would work closely with design team to turn designs into reality.

Duties:
– Perform various carpentry tasks including but not limited to:
– CNC cutting and shaping of wood and other materials
– Installation of doors, windows, and other fixtures

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry
– Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment
– Strong knowledge of different carpentry techniques and materials
– Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
– Excellent mathematical skills for measuring, cutting, and calculating dimensions
– Detail-oriented with a focus on quality craftsmanship
– Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Note: Additional qualifications may be required based on specific job requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $26.19 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
