We are hiring morning team members! We have immediate openings for individuals who can provide excellent customer service and are willing to learn the responsibilities of a Store Morning Crew Member. If you want to gain experience in the fast-food industry, learn cash handling procedures, assist in training newly hired team members, and learn the duties of a store morning member, we would like to talk to you. As a Team Member-morning, you will be responsible for working in the morning at this location.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

1. Responsible for working the morning shifts.
2. Cash handling (drawer balancing, safe deposits, etc.) is accountable for funds.
3. Assist in training, coaching, and development of newly hired Team Members.
4. Taste product to ensure quality standards are met.
5. Act as a role model for outstanding customer service and overall Team Member standards.
6. Ensure cleanliness, health, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
7. Perform other job-related activities as requested.
8. Ensure company standards are maintained and comply with policies and procedures.
9. Uphold and execute the vision and mission of Subway and assist others in doing the same.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Dependable.
2. Effective customer service skills delivered with a friendly disposition.
3. Ability to problem solve quickly and effectively.
4. Ability to maintain a fast pace.
5. Ability to handle responsibility.
