HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

START: ASAP

LOCATION: Southampton

Our client, a reputable legal firm, is seeking an Audio Typist to provide cover starting ASAP. This role will be working within the Private Client Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and supportive team where your skills and expertise will be valued. The successful candidate will have the chance to make a real impact and contribute to the smooth running of the department.

As an Audio Typist, your responsibilities will include:

1. Transcribing audio recordings accurately and efficiently
2. Formatting and proofreading documents
3. Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies
4. Assisting the team with administrative tasks as required

To succeed in this role, you will need:

1. Proven experience as an Audio Typist, with excellent typing skills and a high level of accuracy
2. Proficiency in using audio transcription software and Microsoft Office Suite
3. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
4. The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
