Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Audio Video Installation Technician to join our dynamic team in Glens Falls, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience in audiovisual installation, integration, and troubleshooting, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, configure, and troubleshoot audiovisual systems, including but not limited to sound systems, displays, projectors, control systems, and network infrastructure.
2. Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure functionality and performance standards are met or exceeded.
3. Provide training and technical support to clients on the operation and maintenance of audiovisual systems.
4. Maintain accurate documentation of installation processes, equipment inventory, and client communication.
5. Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project specifications are met and installations are completed within budget and schedule constraints.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in audiovisual installation and integration.
2. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
3. Strong knowledge of audiovisual equipment, including amplifiers, speakers, displays, and control systems.
4. Familiarity with networking fundamentals and protocols.
5. Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
7. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
