Saw Operator Job at Kwfc Radio Station in Ocala

Description:
Saw Operator. Would prefer knowledge of programming a saw but will train the right candidate to operate fully a semi-automatic industrial band saw. Heavy lifting and forklift knowledge needed.

Qualifications:
Must know how to:

1. Be a team player and willing to work overtime as needed
2. Read a tape measure
3. Convert fractions to decimals
4. Lift over 75 lbs
5. Understand process
6. Operate a forklift
7. Operate hand grinders, sanders, die grinders
8. Operate equipment with care

Would prefer knowledge of:

1. General manufacturing practices
2. Programming a saw (but will train the right candidate to operate fully a semi-automatic industrial band saw)
3. Different materials and their sizes (pipe-steel-stainless)
4. Maintaining equipment as needed
