Responsibilities

1. Operates the telephone switchboard to relay incoming and outgoing telephone calls.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

1. Six (6) months prior experience as a Communications Systems Operator or in roles such as Call Center, Customer Service, Switchboard, or Receptionist.
2. Must have the ability to maintain composure during contacts with callers.
3. Must have a pleasant telephone voice and be able to work closely with other operators.

PREFERRED:

1. One (1) year of hospital-based experience as a Communications Systems Operator.

Work Hours:

3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Weekend Requirements:

Yes - Rotating Basis
