Position Overview:

The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations as part of a team of the RS Fincher community managers. The role is to assure a well-managed, well-maintained community/ies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide positive and timely response to the concerns and needs of homeowners.
  2. Answer the phone and communicate via email.
  3. Prepare board meeting packets, mailouts, and work with vendors.
  4. Draft letters and notices.
  5. Assist in enforcing the governing documents.
  6. Organize and maintain records.
  7. Assist and follow up with estimates, schedule work, track, record, and implement all maintenance and repairs.
  8. Visit communities / Property Inspections.
  9. Additional duties as assigned.
  10. Assist Accounting Manager with accounts receivables (scanning checks), sending out collection letters, and sending out billing to owners as needed, as well as filing.

Qualifications:

Must be experienced and comfortable in an environment requiring high levels of customer service, highly motivated and confident professional, excellent written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented, proven problem-solving skills, great reasoning, competent in Outlook, Excel, and Word, and have basic experience with financial reports and budgets. Experience in the Community Association industry is a plus and largely a must.
