Job Description

We’re seeking a talented and strategic Sr Integrated Content Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will lead the day-to-day development, management, socialization, and implementation of comprehensive content strategies that guide audiences seamlessly through the customer journey—from awareness to conversion—while aligning with priority personas, product innovations, and key campaign objectives.

As the bridge between high-level campaign plans and content execution, you’ll transform inputs such as audience insights, product messaging, and business goals into impactful, actionable strategies. You will play an active role in shaping these strategies by staying attuned to market trends, audience behaviors, and industry developments, while partnering with cross-functional teams to turn strategies into action.

You’ll create detailed recommendations for content types (e.g., videos, editorial, podcasts, social posts, interactive tools) and distribution channels that resonate with our target audiences.

This role requires close collaboration with a creative lead and their team to ensure all content is aligned with audience needs and delivers consistent, compelling messaging. You’ll also partner with channel owners across digital, social, and media platforms, as well as a program manager responsible for operational excellence—including timelines, budgets, resourcing, and streamlined collaboration processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop Comprehensive Content Strategies:

    • Collaborate with campaign managers to understand campaign goals, audience insights, pain points, KPIs, budgets, and global/regional requirements.

    • Develop and implement end-to-end data-driven content strategies that align with campaign goals, audience personas, product innovations, and business objectives, ensuring a connected user experience across the customer journey.

  2. Create detailed content recommendations:

    • Lead the creation of clear, practical recommendations on content formats (e.g., videos, blogs, social posts, interactive tools) and distribution channels to engage target personas effectively.

  3. Drive innovation in content planning:

    • Proactively identify and incorporate emerging content trends, channel features, and new formats to keep strategies innovative, competitive, and aligned with industry advancements.

  4. Regularly socialize content strategies and key updates with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in across teams.

  5. Collaborate cross-functionally:

    • Partner with campaign managers, product & customer marketers, creative directors and digital leads to ensure consistent and connected content implementation and measurement across all campaign touchpoints.

  6. Champion Elite Content:

    • Partner with creative leads to ensure executed content is on strategy, with differentiated, engaging messaging & CTAs that will resonate with customer needs at each stage of the funnel.

  7. Monitor and Optimize Campaign Performance:

    • Actively review content performance data and engagement metrics to provide actionable insights and refine strategies for continuous iteration and improvement.

  8. Support Operational Excellence:

    • Collaborate with the program manager to ensure efficient workflows, resource allocation, timeline management, and adherence to budgets for all content-related initiatives.

  9. Contribute to and maintain content playbooks containing best practices and learnings to ensure consistent optimizations across campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy and/or creation, channel strategy, campaign management, or related roles within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.

  • Proven success in designing and executing multi-channel, persona-driven content strategies that span awareness to demand and generate measurable business results.

  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing and influencing cross-functional teams.

  • Strong ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.

  • Expertise in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to analyze performance and make optimization recommendations.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $137,500 - $240,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
