Design Coordinator | Luxury Kitchen & Bath Showroom | Natick, MA

This is an exciting role for a Showroom Coordinator that offers an opportunity to gain experience in design, customer service, and sales. Our client provides its customers with more than the average kitchen and bath showroom. They create an elevated experience from the moment a client walks in the door, whether picking out a bathroom faucet or getting a full kitchen design.

Responsibilities

• Create an elevated experience for clients in the showroom.
• Support the manager and showroom design team to ensure efficiencies across all facets of the showroom.
• Adhere to strategic goals and uphold company values.
• Learn the business, grow your skills, and pursue internal growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, Interior Design or related a plus.
• Retail or other sales experience.
• Previous experience in showroom coordination, customer service, customer support, or similar roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong command of cutting-edge technology, including various apps, virtual meetings, document sharing, CRM, and multi-platform integration.
• Adobe Acrobat Pro experience a plus.
• Experience with graphic or home design/architecture software a plus.
• Interest in interior design and home decor.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual Base (hourly pay rate) + Full Benefits Package.
