As a market leader in project development and construction, we are always looking for ways to improve project delivery. Whether it is IPD, Design-Build, or traditional GCCM delivery, the Design Manager/Integrator plays a pivotal role in setting up our projects for success. You will join a talented team of professionals dedicated to improving the traditional design delivery process through a collaborative and fully integrated approach. Your expertise will drive the integration of design principles with our commitment to quality and excellence, fostering an environment where creativity, skilled facilitation, and technical proficiency thrive. Our approach focuses on leveraging Skanska’s core construction capabilities combined with the latest technology to create efficient and construction-ready designs. Design Manager Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in design management within the AEC industry
- 4+ years of experience successfully winning and managing design-build projects
- 8+ years of experience managing teams
- Experience with a diverse market portfolio including either healthcare, K-12, life science, or higher education
- Bachelor’s Degree – STEAM major; or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 12 years prior relevant experience
