Looking for an experienced landscape designer to create detailed 2D and possibly 3D residential landscape designs for our customers using software systems such as CAD, Dynascape, Sketchup, and Lumion which we currently use.
Job Overview
The landscape designer will meet with the salesperson to discuss landscape projects to be designed prior to having an onsite meeting. Once plans and direction for design have been determined, the landscape designer will conduct an onsite meeting with the customer to begin the design process. It will be a huge plus if the landscape designer can handle some sales as well when necessary.
The designer will email all preliminary black and white design concept files to the customer for approvals prior to finalizing any of the design details and color. Designs are to be completed with correct takeoffs and approved by the customer. Once approved, the landscape designer will assist the sales team and construction teams to ensure the project is estimated correctly and installed per the design.
Key Responsibilities
- Document existing site conditions
- Build creative designs and present them to customers
- Assist the sales team with estimating
- Coordinate with the production team when necessary through the construction process
Daily Responsibilities
- Maintain great communication with the team and customers each day
- Check and respond to voicemail/emails daily
- Maintain any updates on company CRM (Currently using Monday.com)
Requirements & Benefits
