Client Solutions Manager, Fashion & eCommerce
The Client Solutions Manager for Meta's Global Business Group team is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key client relationships, be a platform and product expert, and become an expert in media buying, strategy and measurement to our top Fashion eCommerce advertisers. With proven understanding of direct response media, this role is responsible for partnering with the account team to develop industry-specific relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. The Client Solutions Manager will establish and strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. The ideal candidate for the Fashion & eCommerce role will have Direct Response advertising experience, and will have a demonstrated grasp of performance marketing elements such as analysis, measurement, and technical integrations.
Responsibilities
- In partnership with Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners.
- Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership.
- Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Facebook solutions.
- Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.).
- Work and collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams.
- Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators.
- Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery.
- Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance.
- Project manage complex work streams.
- Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.).
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years Direct Response experience across Web and/or App businesses.
- Experience with performance marketing elements such as analysis, measurement, and technical integrations.
- Experience working with direct response and/or eCommerce oriented businesses.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing data from a variety of different sources (quantitative and qualitative), presenting the data in a clear and concise manner, and developing actionable insights.
- Proven track record in leveraging data, developing insight-backed hypotheses and driving learning plans to build compelling business cases.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams with experience influencing c-level executives.
- Demonstrated experience presenting ideas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Meta user and knowledge of Meta's ad products.
- Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships).
- Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and/or statistical packages such as R, SAS, SPSS.
- Client side experience at an eCommerce company OR platform/agency experience working with direct response clients.
- BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field.
- Advanced degree such as MBA or Masters.

$107,000/year to $171,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
