As a Senior Graphic Designer at Poncho, you'll play a pivotal role in breathing life into Poncho's brand across our various channels and the world. From creating captivating ads to molding our online persona, you'll be the driving force behind Poncho's visual identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help reshape and define Poncho’s visual identity
- Design and help concept for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, emails, website banners, and digital ads
- Assist in the creation of visual merchandising displays for physical retail locations, ensuring that they reflect the brand's image and effectively showcase products
- Produce graphics for apparel designs, including T-shirts, hats, stickers, and other accessories
- Maintain and update the company's visual assets library, organizing files for easy access by the team
- Stay current with design trends, industry best practices, and competitor strategies to continually enhance the company's visual presence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure alignment on design goals and strategies
- Occasionally assist with other design-related tasks as needed, such as photo editing, retouching, and resizing for various marketing channels
- Elevate the online shopping experience by curating product content and imagery
- Design logos, packaging, and other branding materials to maintain consistency
Qualifications:
- You've got a soft spot for the great outdoors, maybe even a bit (or preferably more) of fishing or hunting experience
- 2-4 years of professional, full-time design experience. Agency experience is a plus
- Photography/video experience a plus
- You're a wizard with Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and a little After Effects or Premiere
- High attention to detail
- You thrive in a dynamic startup environment and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves
