We are looking for a Graphics Coordinator for an entertainment giant in Burbank, CA. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days on-site.
Must Haves:
- Experience with Trailer Vendors, trailer houses, and creative agencies specific to film.
- Agency experience.
- Ability to work on large amounts of graphic requests and multitask.
- Experience from the graphics world.
- Interest in graphics.
- Knowledge of EPS files.
- Problem solving skills.
- Graphic Production or Editorial experience.

Description/Comment: The Hive team manages and develops creative marketing assets in support of Global Theatrical, Corporate, and the Company at large. The Hive falls under Theatrical Marketing and Distribution and collaborates with all other creative partners across the Studio and Company.
The Graphics Coordinator would serve as a liaison to the Lead Title Artist(s) on the Hive team, assisting them with their influx of daily tasks in the Motion Graphics department. Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Intaking requests from multiple platforms.
- Designating project assignments to Title Artists.
- Scheduling and communicating graphic requests ensuring timely delivery.
- Sending, uploading, and distributing offline and final graphic files under the direction of the Lead Title Artist or project leader.
- Tracking the lifecycle of a motion graphics project from beginning to end.
- Coordinating finishing requests between the Motion Graphics team, the Producing team, and the Finishing team.
- Transferring and uploading final files to the Finishing team ensuring confirmation that all files are received and downloaded successfully.
- Coordinating the daily workflow of the Motion Graphics team, both in person and over Teams/Zoom.
Basic Qualifications:
- Availability to work a rotating schedule of late shifts with occasional weekend work.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in graphic design, technical illustration, art, communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- 1+ year of Motion Graphics experience in the entertainment industry.
- Working experience with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign and Photoshop; After Effects a plus.
- Prior knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe products.
- Must demonstrate professional commitment to quality, meticulous attention to detail, and consistency in work product.
- Strong work ethic with the ability and desire to work in a team environment.
- Trusted to work with highly confidential information.
- General understanding of post-production workflows in Entertainment Marketing.
- Passionate about graphic design and motion graphics with a willingness to learn.
- Grace under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-focused, creative environment.
