Description:
Entry-level support work requiring knowledge of library procedures often performed within a designated section. While working under established guidelines outlined in library policies and procedures, employees will use independent judgment, initiative and creativity to provide customer service, streamline processes and assist in design, development and delivery of library programs. Position reports to assigned coordinator, manager or director. Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education diploma (GED). At least one (1) year of high volume, face-to-face customer service or instructional experience preferred. Library Science degree or student majoring in Library Science preferred. Possession of a valid Florida Driver's License.
