Library Systems & Discovery Associate (part-time)

The UMass Lowell University Library seeks a collaborative and service-oriented part-time associate to join the Systems & Discovery team. We welcome applications from individuals who embrace lifelong learning and are passionate about providing meaningful and equitable access to information, resources, and services to a diverse and engaged community.

Reporting to the Digital Services & Technology Librarian, the Library Systems & Discovery Associate will be responsible for:

1. Documenting and troubleshooting e-resource issues.
2. Supporting data collection and analysis.
3. Supporting software and platform administration.
4. Creating and maintaining documentation.
