SERVPRO of Osceola County Marketing Representative

Seeking individuals with experience in Sales and Marketing!!

Primary Responsibilities

1. Complete weekly and monthly sales and marketing targets/goals.
2. Create and develop business relationships with Insurance Adjusters and Public Adjusters in our territory with the objective of gaining their business/referrals (Insurance Companies are our customers).
3. Create and develop business relationships with Property Managers in our territory (Property Managers are our customers).
4. Plan, coordinate and execute monthly marketing events, including lunch-and-learns, Continuing Education (CE), and local community business associations meetings (Guidance will be provided but you must coordinate and execute events).
5. Perform Door to Door sales/marketing, including introducing yourself and our business to all businesses (potential customers) in our sales territory.
6. Review the content of the SCO company we hired (Digital Marketing and Social Media company) and monitor the work they are doing for us.
7. Assist in creating and developing a Marketing Strategy that fulfills the company’s monthly and annual goals, including a high-level marketing strategy as well as a detailed weekly/monthly marketing activity calendar.
8. Compile, maintain and manage a list of Insurance Adjusters and Property Managers in the franchise’s territory.
9. Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event preparation.
10. Conduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contacts, build customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons SERVPRO is the best cleaning and restoration company in the world, compile and maintain center of influence information, identify “Target 25” (Top 25 contacts to develop into clients).
11. Provide owners and marketing managers with one-on-one meetings (closing appointments) with COIs to encourage SERVPRO referrals.

Position Requirements

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills is required (writing samples will be requested).
2. English speaking (Bilingual preferred).
3. A minimum of two years in a similar sales & marketing role.
4. Door to Door sales experience a PLUS.
5. Experience with sales and marketing within the service sector.
6. Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills.
7. Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired.
8. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred.

Pay Rate

Competitive salary based on experience plus commission.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year.
