- Update website content across several sub-brand sites
- Coordinate and write articles, blogs and resources
- Optimise written content for SEO best practice
- Provide website analytics
Social media and content creation
- Assisting with creative content production across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Online community engagement
- Video filming, editing and production
- Insight into social media trends
Internal communication and support
- Maintain intranet platform
- Develop engagement campaigns for staff
- Internal support for client service teams as necessary
General admin and communication
- Monitor inbound enquiries
- Assist with meetings, including scheduling and notetaking
- Assist with event management
- Help with day-to-day administrative tasks
