We are seeking an individual to create social media content for the diaper bank.


Duties include:

Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. This can include posts, images, videos, and
infographics related to the diaper bank's mission, events, success stories, and volunteer opportunities.


Scheduling and Posting: Schedule and publish social media posts using social media management tools. Ensure consistent and timely posting to maintain an active online presence.
Monitor engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers.


Social Media Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's social media strategy. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall
branding and communication goals. Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of social media campaigns.


Community Engagement: Foster engagement with the online community by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant posts from followers, partner organizations, and influencers.
Actively participate in discussions, reply to comments, and address any concerns or questions raised by the audience.


Content Curation: Research and curate relevant and informative content from credible sources to share with the audience. This can include articles, news stories, and statistics related to
diaper need, parenting tips, child health, and related topics.

Visual Design: Assist in creating visually appealing graphics, banners, and visuals for social media posts using graphic design tools or online platforms. Ensure the organization's branding
guidelines are followed for consistent and professional-looking visuals.


Influencer Outreach: Identify and engage with social media influencers, bloggers, and community leaders who have an interest in or influence over topics related to child care,
parenting, and community support. Collaborate with them to amplify the reach and impact of the diaper bank's social media campaigns.


Online Reputation Management: Monitor online mentions of the diaper bank on social media platforms. Respond to reviews, feedback, and comments in a timely and professional manner.
Address any negative feedback or concerns by providing assistance or escalating issues to the appropriate team members.


Days/hours: We ask for at least 10 hours per month. Work can be done via telework or in office.
