Job Summary/Description:

Join the number one television station in Eastern Iowa. KCRG Media Executives work with local businesses to create dynamic and results-driven marketing and advertising campaigns on broadcast and digital platforms. If you enjoy deep business conversations with aggressive entrepreneurs and want to help them grow their business, this position might be a good fit for you. Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Identify business opportunities by learning about prospects and proposing solutions.
2. Sell broadcast and digital products while establishing strong relationships with clients.
3. Maintain quality service with clients by providing attribution reports and recommendations.
4. Prospect and gain new clients while limiting churn.
5. Stay updated on all products and services offered through Gray training programs.
6. Achieve monthly broadcast and digital goals.
7. Help clients succeed in their business.
8. Portray a positive attitude that aligns with KCRG's brand reputation.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
2. Strong understanding of digital and broadcast media solutions.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Self-motivated, organized, and positive attitude required.
