Position Summary: Digital Media Specialist

Our ideal candidate is a PPC subject matter expert with experience developing, implementing, and optimizing Google Search Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve patient acquisition goals. Your primary focus will be campaign performance, as you regularly monitor and optimize in-market PPC campaigns to drive traffic and conversions to our multiple websites. This position will have a secondary function of helping support our email acquisition channel by creating and sending emails using platforms like Constant Contact. Candidate should have a working knowledge of email platforms and a basic knowledge of HTML.

Essential Job Duties Responsibilities:

  • PPC Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve patient acquisition goals. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust bidding strategies accordingly. Be the subject matter expert on Google search ads interface, including evolving AI functionality. Utilize all best practices around campaign construction and management. Keep up to date on PPC trends by ongoing training and research.
  • Keyword Research & Targeting: Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to ensure effective ad placement and engagement, including geotargeting strategies to reach relevant demographics.
  • Update PPC and email landing pages as needed in WordPress.
  • Create and send marketing emails using platforms like Constant Contact. Perform AB tests to improve email performance. Basic email automation.
  • Work closely with the Digital Director to align PPC and email digital strategies with overall marketing objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and branding. Work with analytics specialist to ensure accurate reporting of PPC and email metrics. Work with digital writer on ad and landing page copy.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years related experience
  • Google PPC campaign management
  • Ability to create and send marketing emails
  • PPC Bid strategy and targeting strategy
  • Understanding or willingness to learn email list maintenance
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles, particularly in healthcare or patient acquisition contexts.
  • Understanding or willingness to learn Email automation and nurture
