Overview

As Senior Motion Designer, you’ll be tasked with producing client billable and internal non-billable work.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days in-office each week. You will sit onsite at our clients HQ location in Bentonville, AR.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day, your role includes:

1. Expert in Motion Graphics, design, audio and video post-production
2. Attend creative briefings and provide guidance and creative solutions to all types of content production (web videos, broadcast spots, sales videos, new business pitches, case studies, etc)
3. Execute motion graphics projects as needed
4. Understand the goals of the production and bring the vision to reality
5. Excellent understanding of technical limitations of different file formats and knowledge of standard requirements for different platforms
6. Be creative and able to work well with limited creative direction and supervision
7. Maintain brand’s visual standards while pushing the creative envelope

Qualifications

1. Four-year degree or equivalent post experience
2. 5-7 years in post production environment
3. Creativity and innovative problem solving skills required
4. Must have reel and examples of work
5. Expert in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator
6. Proficient in DragonFrame, Cinema4D & FCP
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adaptive to rapidly changing schedules
8. Strong knowledge of related technology and systems
9. Excellent interpersonal skills and creative sensibility

Compensation Range: ($50/hr-$70/hr). This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
