Marketing, Public Relations and Social Media Associate

Autry Museum of the American West

The Advancement Associate of Marketing, Public Relations and Social Media provides event services support for the Advancement Division of the Autry (Communication, Marketing, Development, and Membership). This role will also coordinate with colleagues across the Autry to help steward, coordinate, and manage community partner functions, classroom and theater rentals, and corporate partner events inside the Museum and on the Museum Lawn.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate and Major Gifts, the Advancement Associate manages activities such as booking dates, updating internal event documents and reports, invoicing, coordinating schedules and logistics with internal departments and external partners, and overseeing the events related to the Advancement Division of the Autry.

Salary: $70,000 annually
