Responsibilities:

  1. Invoice: Provide one (1) itemized copy of the invoice for the cost of the production of one (1) hard copy of the verbatim transcript and one electronic copy of the transcript on CD along with the actual hours of appearance.
  2. Transcript: Deliver a transcript of the verbatim testimony of the Investigation Resolution Division (IRD) EEO Fact Finding Conference (FFC), providing one (1) certified copy in the form of a Compact Disk (CD) to the IRD investigator within 14 days after the EEO fact finding is concluded, in accordance with onsite instructions to the Court Reporter.
  3. Inspection Requirements: Provide quality services and/or products in accordance with this contract and AR 690-600.
  4. Performance Management: If performance is unsatisfactory, a Corrective Action Report (CDR) shall be issued. The Candidate must reply in writing, providing reasons for the unsatisfactory condition, corrective actions taken, and procedures to prevent recurrence.
  5. Contractor Manpower Reporting (CMR): Report all Contractor labor hours (including Subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services under this contract for the Army via a secure data collection site.
  6. Reporting Inputs: Inputs will be for labor executed during the period of performance during each Government fiscal year (FY), which runs from October 1 through September 30.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum Federal Certified Real-time Reporter.
