A top notch Marketing & Advertising agency is looking to add a Senior level Search Director to their ever growing agency!

  • THIS IS AN ONSITE/HYBRID role in Nashville, TN.
  • MUST HAVE AD AGENCY BACKGROUND!!!

This person will be responsible for developing, optimizing, maintaining, and communicating a customized paid search strategy for our clients as well as handling media buys across SEM platforms!

Responsibilities

  1. Serve as primary lead for all active accounts, including initial campaign recommendations, real-time customization/optimizations, KPI delivery, campaign tracking/measurement and reporting.
  2. Responsible for upholding deadlines and maintaining accuracy associated with budgets, pacing, reporting, bid adjustments and billing (e.g. Prisma management, draft billing, billing discrepancies, flowcharts, etc.)
  3. Manage collection of data & research needed to guide creation of advanced online solutions and optimal campaign delivery.
  4. Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings.
  5. Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.
  6. Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
  7. Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals.
  8. Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage paid strategy.

Qualifications

  1. 6 plus years of experience in successfully managing accounts in online advertising and digital marketing with a focus in SEO/SEM.
  2. Advertising or digital marketing agency experience is a HUGE PLUS.
  3. Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
  4. Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  5. Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.).
  7. Knowledge of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, ad serving platforms and online analytic solutions.
  8. Mastery of social/search platforms, including relevant tools required for reporting, analytics, and competitive analysis.
  9. Knowledge of Prisma/MediaOcean a plus.

Salary

$90,000 - $120,000 per year
