Little, nationally recognized as a “Best Firm to Work For” and one of the nation’s most progressive design firms, is seeking a Project Manager with a positive, collaborative work style for our Wellness Studio in our Charlotte, NC office.

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, creative, and engaged Project Manager who is passionate about design and improving the performance of our clients through creative collaboration and breakthrough ideas. This candidate should also have a strong ability for meaningful mentoring of team and staff.

A position you’ll love:

  • Work with a valued corporate client.
  • Design collaboration with an international architect.
  • Primary client relationship duties.
  • Impact the growth of the account.
  • Focus on Project Management for ongoing work.
  • Produce and execute extraordinary work with a team.
  • Client interaction, proposal writing, budget and schedule management, team coordination, consultant coordination, and quality assurance & control.
  • Variety of tasks including design, production, and construction administration responsibilities.

Ideal candidates will have the following Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
  • Architectural license strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in architecture with at least 3 years in a project management role.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong understanding of project financials.
  • Great attention to detail and service to clients.
  • Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Revit required.
  • Strong commitment to sustainable design and elevating project performance.
