Job Title: Inspector/Rewinder

Division & Department: Label Operations
Reports To: General Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
To inspect product for all quality issues, and to make sure it meets the customer requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Rewind product per customer specifications on job order
- Computer punches on GBS computer
- Cutting cores
- Core label product
- Follow rewind schedule
- Ordering supplies such as cores
- Ink jet numbering on back of label
- Inspect completed product for quality
- Follow procedures and work instructions
- Support the business system and the quality mission statement
- Other duties and projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements)
- Good Written and Oral communication skills
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work in environment which uses flashing lights for inspection.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge and/or experience in flexographic printing preferred but not required
