Glades Talent is representing a growing Home Care agency in Palm Beach County looking for a talented Home Care Marketer.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide high-quality home care nursing services to patients in their homes
2. Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
4. Monitor patient vital signs and condition, and report any changes to the healthcare team
5. Educate patients and their families on proper self-care techniques
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Skills:

1. Strong pharmaceutical sales skills to effectively communicate the benefits of home care nursing services to potential clients
2. Technical sales expertise to demonstrate the use of medical equipment and devices to patients and their families
3. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and the healthcare team
4. Exceptional customer service skills to provide compassionate and supportive care to patients
5. Analytical skills to assess patient needs, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments
6. Proven sales experience with the ability to negotiate contracts and close deals
7. Leadership abilities to supervise and guide other members of the home care nursing team

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
