Wheeler & Taylor Inc, seeks experienced Account Executives/Producers to join our team. We have opportunities located throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut. Our firm specializes in the middle-market and large commercial risks as well as high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth personal line accounts both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the Account Executive/Producer include:

1. Leverage industry expertise in developing new business.
2. Retain current clients through excellent relationship-building skills.
3. Collaborate with our internal service team to deliver excellent customer service.
4. Solve critical issues and provide customized solutions for insurance risks.

This is a full-time hybrid role, meaning that some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

1. At least 3 years of relevant experience in the commercial/personal insurance industry, preferably as an Account Executive/Producer.
2. Proven track record of driving new business and client retention.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
4. Developing innovative solutions to complex problems.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance industry-related software.
8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
9. Professional accreditations such as CPCU, ARM, or CIC is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

This is a full-time hybrid role, meaning that some work from home is acceptable. Wheeler & Taylor offers an excellent compensation package commensurate with experience and/or based on historical results and book size along with opportunities for annual profit sharing and bonus potential.
