Job Description
Job Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads for our SaaS product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to execute strategies that enhance our online presence and accelerate customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Plan, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, social media, email, and paid advertising) to drive growth and customer acquisition for our SaaS product.
Content Creation & Management:
Collaborate with content creators to produce blog posts, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, email newsletters, and other marketing materials that highlight the value of the product.
SEO & SEM Optimization:
Manage search engine optimization (SEO) efforts and oversee paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to increase organic traffic and paid conversions.
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization:
Develop and manage lead generation campaigns through landing pages, email funnels, and lead magnets. Continuously optimize conversion rates across the sales funnel.
Social Media Strategy:
Build and execute social media strategies to grow our online presence, engage with potential customers, and build a community around our SaaS product.
Email Marketing:
Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads, onboard new customers, and increase customer retention, using marketing automation tools.
Analytics and Reporting:
Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other analytics platforms to track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights to continuously improve digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SaaS products or similar technology products.
Education : BS degree in Marketing, Graphics Design, or similar degrees related to marketing and communication.
Skills: Proven experience in SEO, SEM, paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Gartner Ads, and other pay per click platforms), and social media marketing. Strong understanding of content marketing and lead generation strategies. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp). Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager). Familiarity with Sharp Spring/Contact Contact, ZOHO, Mouseflow and AHrefs would be a big bonus. Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices a plus. Copy Writing experience a plus. Technical Proficiency:
Experience with web platforms, content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and other content management tools.
Creativity & Analytical Mindset:
Ability to blend creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent Communication:
