Community Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Community Manager for a 50-unit Senior / Disabled apartment complex. Our ideal candidates have the personality to interact positively with applicants, residents, and teammates. They like to work hard while having fun and are strong problem-solvers. This position comes with an on-site apartment for qualified applicants.

Job Summary:
  • Proficient in PB-Section & LIHTC
  • Supports in developing the annual budget and managing the budget day-to-day
  • Ensuring the property is meeting KPI Goals for Occupancy, Collections, Compliance, Asset and Budget Management
  • Submitting necessary weekly/monthly reporting
  • Ensuring that site teams deliver Safe, Decent, and Sanitary Housing to all our residents
  • Performs all other duties as assigned

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS for consideration are:
  • High School diploma or equivalent (College Degree is preferred)
  • Minimum of two (2) years as Community Manager in an affordable housing apartment complex
  • Working Knowledge of OneSite or Yardi Software
  • English language proficiency (read, speak and write)
  • The ability to pass a full background check

Additional preferred requirements for Affordable Housing properties: Strong experience in affordable housing programs. Participated in Management and Occupancy reviews and UPCS/REAC Inspections. Experience with resident occupied project renovations.
