In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create dynamic digital assets for targeted marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, excels in using Figma, and has experience designing for social media and retail media ad products. Digital Designer Responsibilities: Design creative projects for targeted marketing campaigns across multiple retail media ad products Produce digital content, including ads, GIFs, and animations, optimized for various platforms Work with video footage, animations, and illustrations to create high-quality visuals Stay current on social media ad specs, industry trends, and best practices Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective marketing assets Present design concepts, build presentation materials, and communicate ideas effectively Maintain brand consistency while designing unique, innovative elements Perform quality assurance testing to ensure seamless user experiences across campaigns Digital Designer Requirements: 3+ years in digital design, with a focus on retail media or social media campaigns Advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with animation, video editing, and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite A strong online design portfolio demonstrating creativity and expertise in digital marketing design Understanding of social media ad formats, specs, and proofing tools Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful retail media campaigns and collaborate with a dynamic team.
