Location: Roanoke, TX

Job Description: We are seeking a Lead Extrusion Operator responsible for operating various types of production machines to safely produce garbage bags. The candidate will follow production schedules, set-up instructions, operating procedures, and quality specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor extrusion machinery. (Blown Film Extrusion Machinery)

• Set up and adjust machine settings according to product specifications.

• Monitor performance and make necessary adjustments (speeds, feeds, etc.) to ensure efficient production.

• Train and mentor entry-level machine operators.

• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets.

• Perform regular quality checks on the finished product to ensure they meet company standards.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to prevent downtime.

Shift and Pay:

· 1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday-Friday (Rotate weekends)

· 3rd Shift: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM (Rotate weekends)

· Candidates with perfect attendance will receive an additional $2/hr on their base pay weekly.

· Candidates will be required to rotate shifts every 4 months.

· Pay: $24/hr - $28/hr (Depending on experience)

· Must be willing to work overtime when required.

Position Requirements:

· Prior machine maintenance experience.

· Minimum 4 years of experience operating manufacturing machinery in a similar environment.

· Previous experience operating Blown Film Extrusion machinery required.

· Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

· Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

· Flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00
