About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to our growing brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
2. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
3. Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
4. Collaborate with team members to develop promotional materials, including brochures, emails, and advertisements.
5. Support the team in organizing and coordinating events such as trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
6. Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
7. Maintain and update the company’s website and other digital platforms.
8. Assist in managing customer databases and email marketing tools.
9. Coordinate with vendors and partners for marketing collateral and promotional materials.
10. Stay updated on marketing trends and industry developments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1 plus years of experience in marketing or a related role (internships included).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, or email marketing software is a plus.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
